3. Premium Membership

Subscription: Premium membership is billed monthly at $120/month and automatically renews unless cancelled.

Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for the current or previous billing periods.

Access: Premium membership grants access to exclusive Discord channels, trading alerts, and educational content.

We may terminate or suspend your membership immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
